Support Randall Congreaves

Orlando, 26th October 2012Global Premier Soccer would like you to show support to FC America U14 player Randall Congreaves as he recovers from a serious illness. He was taken to hospital on Wednesday after a severe reaction to antibiotics and was in a critical stage. He was diagnosed with a rare skin disorder, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome caused by his allergic reaction.

13-year-old Randall Congreaves plays at FC America and has been with the club for 4 years. Randall is captain of the U14 Boy’s Premier team coached by FPS Director of Coaching Alan Hough.

“Randall leads by example, his committed and attitude is why he has the potential to reach his goals and represent his country in the game he loves so much,” said Hough. “He has great vision and natural reading of the game which makes him the complete center back. I can’t wait to have him back to full health and watch this brave young player achieve his goals, get well soon Randall.”

Randall is recognized as one of the leading center backs in the country having been selected twice to attend id2 events, starting both all-star games at center back. He was selected for the ‘99 Region 3 ODP team and is due to fly to Arizona in late November to test himself against some of the best talent in the country. Randall has been a regular at US Soccer National training centers conducted by Juan Carlos Michia who has been touch by this fine young boy. Juan Carlos took the time to visit Randall yesterday in hospital which demonstrates the type of fine young player Randall is. Global Premier Soccer would like you to show support to FC America U14 player Randall Congreaves as he recovers from a serious illness.
