Waltham, 14th September 2012; Mass Premier Soccer would like to announce a facility partnership agreement with Acton Boxboro YS which will see the club become the anchor tenant of the brand new facility complex at AB High school.
The two-field, state of the art field turf complex is currently being used by the MPS Bulldogs / Renegades Premier Team program during the fall season for teams aged U13 and U14.
“The brand new field turf complex at Acton Boxboro High School is a state of the art facility which will compliment the professional, elite environment that we provide our players at MPS,” said MPS DOC Peter Bradley. “It is with enormous excitement that we have based our Premier training in AB during the fall season and beyond as MPS continue to offer the premier club soccer option to players from Acton, Boxboro and surrounding towns.”
MPS has made a significant footprint in the soccer landscape of Acton-Boxboro in recent years with current ABHS varsity girls soccer coach Lee Billiard also on the coaching staff at MPS. Billiard, who entered his fourth year at ABHS this fall, has guided his squad to a MA State Final and two DCL championships during his tenure. During the same period, Billiard has claimed a USL North American Championship and MA State Cup with the MPS Renegades Premier Team Program.
